In-Person Cacao Ceremony

Cacao opens our heart, with ‘mother earth medicine,’ and holds us in a sacred & safe space where we’re able to feel & express more deeply, creating an opportunity for deep healing to take place. ~ What is Cacao? ~ Think of hot chocolate but ceremonial. Cacao is the minimally processed version of chocolate that retains all of its physical & spiritual health benefits. The cacao used in our ceremonies is sourced from a Mayan family in Guatemala who treat it with care, love & respect. ~ What are the benefits? ~ Cacao has Theobromine, an enzyme that acts as a vasodilator, which opens your arteries and your heart, which allows for better blood circulation and uplifts your mood. Anandamide, otherwise known as the bliss chemical (ananda = bliss), helps to provide feelings of peace, comfort & euphoria. In addition, cacao contains a large amount of vitamins & minerals such as magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium & manganese. Cacao is considered to be one of the most powerful sources of magnesium on the planet, which is a master mineral that helps us better absorb all other nutrients. The physical benefits are just the beginning. Cacao has the capacity to heal on every level: Emotional cleansing, clearing, processing grief, physical release, spiritual healing, clarity, purpose, opening our heart to love, etc. ~ What’s a cacao ceremony like? ~ I guide this space as an energy healer, yoga teacher and intuitive guide. Every ceremony involves guided breathing to calm our body & heart-space. In this space we feel into our intentions for the ceremony: What does our heart truly seek? What is ready to be felt or expressed? Where is healing needed? When our intentions become clear, we bless our cacao with gratitude, then we drink. Cacao ceremonies are intuitively led. The spirit of cacao may guide us deeper into meditation, yoga, talking about what's on our heart, journaling, clearing / cleansing energy, forgiving ourselves or others, or feeling emotions. Oracle cards may be used as a way to connect with our spirit guides, ancestors & guardian angels to provide guidance for our lives that is in our highest & purest good. *All 1st time participants start with a Clarity Convo, a 15-30 minute virtual meetup, to give us a clearer idea of what you’re looking for in your session & how I can best be of service. **Price is for up to 2 participants.
